Rubber bonnet boot hook kits

These Rubber bonnet / boot hook kit come in pairs and also include all necessary fixings.
They are versatile and can secure panels, doors, bonnets (hoods), boots (trunks), as well as other similar applications.

Types Available:

There are both small and large sizes available depending upon the intended use.
The small size is suitable for smaller weight body panels, engine cover panels, etc.
Whereas the large size is more substantial and suitable for larger panels or heavier applications, manufactured in natural rubber for flexibility in addition to durability.
Ergonomic design with a hook that provides tension to securely hold panels closed.
Steel retaining cups and fasteners are zinc plated specifically to prevent corrosion.
Each kit includes a pair of hooks.

Small rubber hook dimensions:
Length from pivot point to under the ‘T’ handle: approximately 45mm.

Large rubber hook dimensions:
Length from pivot point to under the ‘T’ handle: approximately 100mm.

Ideal for classic vehicle bonnets as well as boots these hooks maintain a period-correct look while also providing functional security for vehicle panels. The hooks stretch slightly when fitted, which there for provides tension that pulls the panel securely closed.
