Competition Rally Seat Belt Fixings Fitting Kit

Competition rally seat belt eye bolts and plates.

Eye Bolts:

Thread Size: 7/16″ UNF
Thread Length: 23mm
Quantity: 4 eye bolts

Stress Plates:

Type: Standard stress plates
Quantity: 4 plates

Insert the eye bolts through the drilled holes and screw them into place, ensuring they pass through the stress plates. Then, tighten the bolts securely using a wrench or spanner. Be cautious not to overtighten to prevent damaging the threads or the mounting surface. Additionally, after tightening, verify that the eye bolts are firmly secured and that the stress plates are correctly positioned to ensure there is no movement.

After securing the eye bolts, attach the harness clips to them. Adjust the harness to ensure it fits snugly and securely for the driver and and/or Co-driver. Finally, double-check all connections and mounting points, ensuring that the harness operates smoothly and locks securely.

Remember, this kit is not FIA compliant, so it may not meet certain racing regulations. Always verify the specific requirements of your racing organization and regularly inspect the installation for any signs of wear or damage, especially after events or heavy use.
