Rally Preparation Services (RPS) and Bath Motor Club join Forces

RPS and Bath Motor Club to launch a brand new Autocross event, taking place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd June 2019

Bath Motor Club welcomes both competitors and spectators alike to take part in the inaugural Rally Preparation Services Autocross, a brand new addition to the 2019 ASWMC 1st Choice Finishes Autocross Championship.

This is a brand new Championship, launched this year, which brings an enhanced Autocross series to the South West. Nine two-day events make up the Championship calendar, with venues such as Wilmington, Sugworthy (who host four days of action in May and July), Zeal Monachorum, Meonstoke, Bucknell, Kingsbridge and Bucknell.

Entry fees are around the £100 to £120 mark for a two-day event, which for a high speed all action motorsport is great value.

The organisers have secured a large field adjoining the old airfield at Long Newnton, Near Tetbury: a first for this venue to hold an Autocross. It’s large enough for participating crews to run the demanding yet fast 1300 metre course.

Registration for the Championship is only £10 and for this you get all the regulations for each event sent to you automatically, as well an Association of South West Motor Clubs or Association of Central Southern Motor Clubs Year Book, registration card and regular Championship Newsletters giving updated standings.
