Motamec Hole Punch Cutter Flare Swage Tool 1.25 Hand Tool
Size: 1.25” ID (31.75mm)
Punches hole and flares in sheet metal / aluminium in one action
Just drill a pilot hole for the draw bolt and then apply the tool and tighten. The finished hole is smooth and flared.
Flared hole will have a 45 degree radius angle
Can also be used as regular hole punch by not using the flare forming ring.

Extensively used in the aerospace and motorsport fabrication industries for lightening with increased panel strength and appearance
CNC Manufactured Steel Tool, heat treated for long life
1.25″ is the inside diameter of the hole to be flared
Can also be used in a bench press for repetitive work
Please note: Pilot hole must be drilled first for the draw bolt
Recommended maximum material thickness:
Mild steel: 0.9mm
Stainless steel: 1.2mm
Aluminium: 1.5mm
Damage may occur if used on thicker material
Maximum Bolt Tightening Torque 122Nm / 90 lbf ft
